Whether you need a different size, colour, or item or you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase within 30 days of purchase, you are welcome to return your unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) with the price ticket(s) still attached, to receive a full refund (we reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not fit that description). All shipping costs are the client’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed unless you have received an item in error. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as for the original purchase.
Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. We’ll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued or when your exchange has been shipped. Finally, the refunds will be on the original payment method.
